Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive innovation.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to solve complex, unsolved problems in the field.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
