Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to build robust machine learning pipelines.
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Ensure model reliability, latency optimization, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for AI development.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex products.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
