Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Lead the design of end-to-end AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architecture designs, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
