Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents for 2026 deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and hardware engineers to integrate AI solutions into next-generation consumer electronics.
- Optimize deep learning models for deployment on edge devices and quantum processors.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior and junior data scientists and engineers.
- Conduct technical reviews and drive architectural decisions across the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance software products to market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
