Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructures: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling the demands of the 2026 era, including real-time decision-making and autonomous agents.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead R&D projects focused on post-silicon computing and advanced machine learning algorithms to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Lead the optimization of deep learning models to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance energy efficiency in large-scale deployments.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks or neuromorphic hardware is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate industry trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
