Your Mission:
Architect, lead, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models that are robust, ethical, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents tailored for 2026 standards.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed, memory efficiency, and cost-effectiveness (latency/throughput trade-offs).
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI deployment is fair, transparent, and free from bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or senior AI/ML engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and edge computing deployment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
