Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards for our core machine learning infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, and security experts.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to support real-time, large-scale data processing.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
