Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 era.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready ML, Neuromorphic computing) into our core product stack.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Optimization: Continuously refine model inference pipelines and reduce latency in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think ahead and prepare infrastructure for future tech paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
