Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and cloud computing.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into our core product lines and operational workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of technical architects and data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or a related senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Big Data analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on forward-thinking solutions and innovation.
