- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system with detailed notes.
- Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers when necessary.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify recurring product bugs.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by updating documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
