Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients via phone and email.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify system trends and improve user experience.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and hardware installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
