Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and technical issues in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify recurring technical problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct basic software installations and updates for employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and guiding users through technical processes.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential issues before they impact operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Mac preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must be available to start immediately (within the next 2 weeks).
