Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 150+ employees
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems
- Manage Active Directory and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Maintain network security protocols and compliance
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security
- Strong troubleshooting skills with logical approach
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
