Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and basic network configurations
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct user training on software and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
