Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into our centralized CRM and database systems.
- Assist senior analysts in cleaning, organizing, and formatting raw data sets.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Communicate findings to the team and highlight key trends or anomalies.
- Support customer service initiatives by updating client information records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within current data workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Basic proficiency with computers and internet navigation.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
