Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Assist in the development of SQL queries and scripts to extract data from various databases.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Monitor data quality metrics and recommend improvements to data collection procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
