Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and data modeling to support business objectives.
- Create clear, visual dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and documentation of processes.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not required for entry.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
