- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees.

- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks during off-hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical experience is required.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
