As the first line of defense for our internal users, you will ensure business continuity by providing timely and effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve end-user problems regarding printers, operating systems, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop environments and mobile devices.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network and server issues.
- Perform regular system updates and security patching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- A+ Certification or similar IT credential is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tickets effectively.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and VPN configuration.
