Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, VPN access, and security protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments to maintain data security.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new IT solutions and streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
