Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT help desk tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform hardware installations, software deployments, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
