We are looking for a proactive troubleshooter to join our growing IT department in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Configure and maintain desktop environments, printers, and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of new hardware and software updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
