As a key member of our Leadership Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify emerging trends, develop actionable frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams in executing transformative projects. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technological fluency, and can articulate complex futures with compelling narratives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to build 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating future technologies into enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on future-focused business transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives >$50M
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
