Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core business offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track strategic progress toward 2026 milestones
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster a culture of experimentation by championing agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or equivalent leadership role
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building and managing high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
