- Drive productization of at least 3 breakthrough technologies by 2026 Q4
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $15M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and SXSW for thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in tech innovation with 5+ at executive leadership level
- Proven track record delivering minimum 3 patented products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network with VCs, Fortune 500 CTOs, and government innovation labs
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
