- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of executed innovations or published future-focused research
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
