Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management and order packing
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete quality checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
