Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and inventory inventory with RF scanners
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assembly lines
- Adhere to strict quality control standards
- Operate packaging machinery safely
- Participate in daily safety briefings
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to North Tampa facility
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
