Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pack and ship orders according to specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to North Columbus facility
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
