Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
