Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and errors
- Manage inventory cycles and reconciliation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license
