Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Pack, label, and ship orders with 99% accuracy within tight deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 48 hours
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Background check clearance required within 24 hours of offer
