Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory systems using barcode scanners
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Peach Springs facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
