Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Pack and prepare orders for same-day/next-day delivery to NYC clients
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free workspace
- Support loading/unloading operations in temperature-controlled zones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation certification offered)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
