Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety protocols
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
