Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentationOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
