Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 suite.
- Strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
