Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- User Support: Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support tickets, incidents, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Network Assistance: Support basic network troubleshooting and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
