Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to enterprise clients
- Manage ticketing systems and document all troubleshooting steps
- Deploy and configure network equipment including routers and switches
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLA for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience required
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification mandatory
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN solutions
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening immediately
