Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, Flow)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations for performance
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning)
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (APIs, middleware)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
