Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce platform development and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Design and implement complex automation solutions to drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications
- Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in Apex/LWC
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready enterprise solutions

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
