Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise clients across multiple platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and infrastructure
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train junior staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
