Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection and response
- Train junior staff on IT best practices and protocols
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and virtualization
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
