Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Lead network troubleshooting and security incident response protocols
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) solutions
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize IT workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent required
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work flexible hours during critical incidents
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
