Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and fast load times.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality across the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective debugging strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
