Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models for federal agency reporting requirements
- Lead real-time data pipeline development using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Translate complex datasets into actionable executive dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
- Maintain rigorous data governance protocols for sensitive government information
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and congressional liaisons
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal government clients
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of building scalable data pipelines on AWS/Azure
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Experience with geospatial data analysis and DoD reporting standards
