Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and rapid product adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.
- Resolve complex technical and account-related issues with a focus on empathy and rapid turnaround times.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with company revenue goals.
- Train and mentor junior support staff to elevate the overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and satisfaction targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
