Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including printers, servers, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software applications for staff.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to identify technical pain points and implement solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
