Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets with 15% YoY growth targets
- Collaborate with design team on compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize conversion funnels for e-commerce clients
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing paid budgets over $25,000 monthly
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign case studies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
