- Manage Google Ads accounts with $10K+ monthly budgets
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and optimize ROI
- Develop email marketing sequences for lead generation
- Collaborate with design team on creative assets
- Generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager certification
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Ability to start immediately and work on-site in Fort Worth
